About the course
This course is for children aged 4 to 7.
Coach:
Develop the Fundamentals and Foundation Movements of Running For Speed, Over Obstacles, In Teams and For Distance – including: Walk, skip and jog with good high knees, arm action, etc. Use a variety of starting positions to react quickly and accelerate away. Running over low level obstacles at speed and with rhythm. Working in teams to exchange a relay baton. Run and Race Walk at a steady and sustained pace for up to 3 minutes.

funetics is a new programme developed by England Athletics. It includes fun athletics sessions to help children and young people to learn, develop and practice running, jumping and throwing all year round.
